If all you are doing is weeding and taping 18" x 24" coro signs or DOT numbers, this sounds ideal. Layout your first printed 4' x 16' banner on it to trim and hem, and you'll hate that table. WAY too small for your average shop.

Flexi has the option to add trimline, grommet marks, etc. I use it on every banner now.

This is why we only order laminate as needed, and most vinyl even. Sure you can get a 'great deal' ordering 5, 10 or even more rolls at once and storing it, but once that stuff has sat for a year, it's not good anymore. Leave it to the vendor to do the warehousing and making sure they have fresh...

What kind of labels? Just white vinyl with print on them?

Simply wrapping the doors with white vinyl should be a very simple process.

Glass can have anything embedded in it....steel, for one.
