    You're gonna have to apply your etch with a slightly larger contour shape reversed out of it, then insert your contour cut white vinyl-backed vinyl inside of that reversed out etch.     If you're RIPPING and/or designing, you need 16GB on a 64bit OS. You will suffer on a machine stuck on 32 bit, limiting your RAM to 4 GB, at best.

    I've used Oracal 631 vinyl and worked fine. It's a temporary, cheap vinyl. Easy to remove.
