    I you're running 8 pass uses more ink, you need to fix your profile. It should not use more ink. Higher passes do not use more ink, unless the profile is not set up right. And using more ink does not extend longevity of materials.

    Also, wipe the wall with cloth rags and alcohol. The paint will become a little tacky once you have applied enough, and that helps with adhesion, for any material. But really, I highly advise wall wrap vinyl or Phototex.

    This is one of my biggest complaints with Flexi. No way that I know of to do it. In Photoshop, it's simple...just type the number when you're in the Color Library window. But Flexi.....yep, scroll, scroll, scroll.... Best idea I have come up with is to maybe create your own Tables with Pantone...

    What profile do you use? Is it a profile you created or a pre-made? There's usually different profiles for gloss or matte paper.

    We do them on 20 mil styrene as well, with matte laminate. Seem to hold up well.

    I had this issue once too. I had to download and install whatever the upgrade is in between the 2....wouldn't let me skip to the latest. So 2 upgrades needed. Edit: It is 11_00_00.2 that is needed first.

    I use 60" cores too....I just tape together 2 - 30" cores left from regular cut vinyl.
