We used to do this a few years ago before we started outsourcing instead. We used 2-3 rows of banner tape side-by-side instead of just one and never had any problems. That said, I would recommend first checking out the merchant members here and outsourcing.

Hmm local cabinet shop eh? Dunno why I never thought to check around with them for wood.

Are the letters in the wood just v-carved? Did you mask > route > paint > remove mask?

I would remove the tape measure. Anyone who's remotely interested in doing wraps should already have at least one. Replace the scissors with a "snitty" cutter.

Super rough number but $1,100 + tax.

Thanks for all the help! Barring any last minute input I think this is what I'll end up going with.

Finally had a chance to mess with this some more. Took some advice from a couple people and this is where I'm at now.

Too many bright colors, not enough contrast. Would probably work better with a darker background color. It's also too busy. You'll be lucky if anyone is able to read anything but "Sign Shop".

Scratch it and start over. Too many things wrong to point them all out individually. I know you don't want to change the logo for a while but that would be the first place to start. Without a strong brand the wrap will be ineffective. I took over a shop myself and immediately changed the logo...
