    I have a Challenger paper drill- we machined an adapter to hold an end mill instead of the hollow bit. Works well... except the motor runs the wrong way, so the mill has to be a reverse ground.

    I'm with gg- we use it more all the time for more and more things- scan to copy - quick scan to add a jpeg to a graphics file - getting rid of our fax machine - finding invoices and on and on. ScanSnap by the way.

    3M makes a green masking tape for autobody- crazy grip- we keep it in 3/4 and 1.5 inch. You wouldn't find it at wallyworld tho.
