Tension is the problem, if you are curling upwards, the top roller is too tight .... if doing cold lamination, I use my hand for tension, it comes out very flat (you may not need too much tension as this will stretch the film and curl after)

did you try hard cleanings? also, what I do is pull the ink from the hoses before the waste ink bottle, I close one hose with a black paper clip and pull the ink from the other hose, switch and do the same and then a cleaning and a test print... it has worked for me.

I have some new information, talked to a tech, he had same problem, what he found is that the radiator on Lamp_2 was clogged, (after this radiator, the coolant will go back to the pump), he cleaned it and machine worked normally, coolant was not changed in about 4 years.
