The stuff has been gold for us. Super easy to use, prints great & you can't beat the price. I've been buying from them since they basically started with the product and I still haven't found a better deal for the price
Wondering how this works, whenever I cut something like a 5" x 7" sticker or something of that nature in lets say groups of 100 it will cut about half the image all the way across to the opposite sign then back with the other half the image. The issue I have is the machine can cut 100 decals...
I have a q160. it is an older one not the newest with arms 3. Works great its just trying to get it changed is a hassle. There i sno second spot to move blade to. Now I can add additional contour cut line and then add the perf cut to it and change setup on plotter from say my normal contour...
I am currently running Flexi Cloud and wondering how to perf cut. I have a q-series cutter from sign warehouse which is a dulled down graphtec. I have read tons of things and followed many videos but can't get it. I am marking as perf cut and so on but not receiving anything but another cut...
I've used that laminate once and had alot of issues with a similar prob and I use a Royal Sovereign. I switched to a product by 3m that was 12 mil and it made a huge difference and lamianted great
Just my two cents

I personally use Flexi Sign Pro and if you can get one or buy a Flexi program they have an option to use a casmate layout screen so its actually flexi with casmate's layout. It's actually what I did when I first made the switch. No Idea if that helps but it should def be able to help your...
Yes they are contour cut. For example if we are printing a contour logo for a vehicle or sign. We never have trouble when we are not masking just regular prints
I run my laminator on the slowest setting and there is no silvering. Pressure is all the way down. The laminate works perfectly and goes on perfectly. It is only when I put transfer tape on graphics and then install then I get this thin ring worm looking line on laminate after taking transfer...
