I've used that laminate once and had alot of issues with a similar prob and I use a Royal Sovereign. I switched to a product by 3m that was 12 mil and it made a huge difference and lamianted great Just my two cents

Vander, I got an email they founhd 5 profiles for me and mine being the VP540i not the SP apparantley is a big deal? How they only have 5 profiles is beyond me and all the other ones were no go from roland or any other manufacturers
