I love Flexi but i have a hard time ripping files from flexi to the epson via ethernet it seems to take a long time compared to onyx yet our mimaki via usb cable was so much quicker in flexi? do you have this issue?

Worse case scenerio anyone got another take up? seems to me the tension just won't stop and it has to be with the take up itself

So I have been working on this for awhile now obviously seeing the time....The tension is WAY WAY to tight....The take up wants to run even when the printer isn't printing as in if its on auto it trys to run non stop instead of when it is just printing....any idea how to fix this is so much...

Ok to simply the issue: when i apply the media to the take up and the auto is turned on the tension (white bar) is not properly working....when it actually feeds back up to the top to start to drop down again its like it just stays at the top....it looks like the take up is moving to fast...

they are set correct one is manual left switch is auto its like the white take up bar is not feeding properly? how it slowly goes down then back up it is getting stuck and the top and not moving down yet take up is still turning?

So I am putting stuff on my take up and it is pulling the media to tight and fast and wont properly take it up with correct speed...any help apprecaited...also normally when on auto take up isn't going unless the bar is pulled down but currently it is going even while the white bar it up and not...

yes on most passes it all does this i just dont understand its like a color drop out across the board no single color more then others just notice it more on greens blues and such because the darkness of color....its odd i can run in uni direction fine but obviosuly that shouldn't have to be how...

I've determined it has to be the dampers ... just printed a 4x3 solid harley orange back with black letters and had banding halfway cleaned it and went away but just reprinted it and came out flawless...theres gotta be something with it being clogged or bad? any ideas on that possibly? i know...

Yes - did it no change....its printing really well then it just stops to pop up some white lines and more it prints the worse i do a clean and it's the same....im wondering about dampers? im not familiar with this machine at all though nozzle tests all but once were perfect....i just don't want...
