  1. Rapid Tac on acrylic?

:goodpost: This is crazing like you would get from alcohol. The picture you posted, looked more like someone hit it with something.
  2. Rapid Tac on acrylic?

like jhill said!!!! If you have any doubts, go with ivory liquid (my choice over baby shampoo) and water. Why even consider anything with alcohol????? edit: I just read your last thread. I see where some have soaked the protective paper (it was old) in alcohol, where you just wiped it...
  3. Rapid Tac on acrylic?

are you sure the experience you had last week wasn't on polycarbonate? ps. I've used action tac on acrylic without a problem. On large reverse weeded panels, I've also applied wet. For lexan, typically I'll wash down with ivory liquid soapy water, then rinse. I don't use alcohol on either...

http://www.reflectivepaint.org/Reflective-Paint.html Here's an interesting link & read. Below is a small excerpt from the article. There are two main variations of reflective paint – paint that has glass beads already in it when you apply it, or reflective paint that has glass beads...

  8. A Concern...Need your input.

Yeah, ole Rodger used to be a merchant member here. I liked the guy myself, but he overwhelmed the board with his advertising, which made him kinda unpopular with a few. He didn't bother me, and to be honest, I'd rather read his ads than some of the babyish feuds that go on here.
  9. Back to School: Required Reading

Thanks James. I'll check it out more when I have some free time.
  10. Before & after

Nice Job Craig!!!!! You need to post a youtube video lettering a sign. Next time, I think you can cut down on the fasteners......of course you guys do get the hurricanes down there. :Big Laugh Now get back up there and touch up the black ones. It appears you did the yellow?
  11. Dumb question of the day.

to those who have experieced this problem, other than the inconvenience, has any signs gotten ruined? You may be on to something.....hmmmm. Good guess skull. I just did another bundle this morning. These were also "stuck" together, but not quite as bad. Again, nothing damaged or marked...
  12. Dumb question of the day.

i better unwrap a couple bundles to check. These were not done wet. I dont have a clue why they are sticking. Once i get the plastic putty knife in far enough to get my fingers in there;.theni can pry them apart but it didnt leave any marks on the face.
  13. Dumb question of the day.

I've done hundreds of reflective signs this past year. Typically these are 36x36 or 24x24's. In the interest of saving time, I've been ordering in the blanks with reflective vinyl already applied (EG or HIP). The blanks always have "backer paper" in-between the individual panels from my...

Happens to me almost every day of the week. Say what you will, but its my loyal customers that know I won't gouge them. They are faithful to me, and I am fair with them. Why I must have fallen into a rabbit hole, into a world of madness. (Colorado and Signage are now friends) :ROFLMAO:
