Do you think I should try a different brand of foil?

See attached photo of the foil. I am only having this problem with the white foil, it's a ZeroNine replacement foil, spot printing. I'm printing on HP 220, that's what I always use. It is burning through the foil.

See this logo (I didn't create this design)? I basically need it cut out as the C shape. I don't know how I would put a bleed on it. 5" or so inches tall.

I've used Signs365 for years with great results. However, I've never used their contour cutting service and have a bunch of decals that will need it. Can anyone tell me how precise they are, or do I need to look elsewhere? Thanks for any advice on this.

Yes, I have the latest "build" of Corel.

How do I check the build? I'm not sure if I did the latest update and I'm not sure I want to. I heard there have been all kinds of issues with fonts after that update.

The bleed limit was unchecked. When I checked it and set it to 0 it now adds .04" to both measurements!

I would also add that I am not the only Corel X7 user that has this problem.

MY apologies Techman. It's that kind of day. I create a workspace to fit the particular design. It may be 36" x 36" workspace, the design is ALWAYS within that space. When I create a pdf it becomes 36.03" x 36.03". If the workspace is 10' x 4' it becomes 10.03' x 4.03'. I don't know what else to...

Good grief, why do keep asking about the size of the workspace? The workspace is whatever size I create it to to fit the design! I repeat 8" x 10" shape without an outline and fitting within an 8" x 10" workspace) becomes 8.03" x 10.03". It is doing this only in X7, never did it in X3.

No, a 8" x 10" box becomes 8.03" x 10.03". Even if I create a box with no outline, fill only.

Anyone else having issues with this when creating a pdf? It adds .03" to the image. Is there a setting I need to change?
