See if you can make one of these. It's vector and fully editable.

I have the latest version of Xara. It will also feather gradient fills with transparencies. (I'm trying to fool it now... can't find anything it won't feather) It's not "the industry standard" so I don't use it much. I just wish "the industry standard" worked as well... and as easily... or at...

It's stupid simple in Xara. Joe would have a field day with it. I'm on X4.

Looks pretty good Pat. Here's what Xara does by moving a slider. It will feather text too... and the text remains fully editable. Also multiple shapes can be feathered at the same time... with text if you like. Colours of the feathered items can be changed with a click. Corel should add this.

It's a very useful tool, isn't it. It's a shame Corel doesn't have it.

I assume you're not scanning your butt... but just what are you scanning?

I could sell you the scanner part... I never use it anyway. I use my bigass Canon camera to get images/documents into my computer now.

My Canon MP240 printer scans and copies and I paid 29 bucks for it.

I'd like to know how to do that in Corel too. I bet that was done in Xara... it has a slider at the top that turns any vector shape to that instantly. Wish Corel did. Joe should know this one if anyone does.

I think any company with that volume of orders would have to have a pretty good system in place so the smaller orders don't fall through the cracks. Emails and little scraps of paper sure wouldn't cut it.

I dunno... sounds like Central didn't realize he had to order direct through Mike to get the s101 discount. Maybe a customer number that started with s101 would help. As soon as someone in sales spotted it they could say,"Oops... you need Mike for this order... I'll connect you."
