Talk about insulting! You can't find a "good job" so you'll be a sign maker like us?!?
You should take the advice of hiring a lawyer and getting the money you spent on your "education" back.
Just what the world needs... another dumbass with a degree.
Go away.
I'm surprised at the number of posts explaining how to set posts in dirt(!?). I pretty much always use concrete to install a sign.
I'm also surprised there was no mention of concrete tubes. I use them because it freezes up here where I install signs. It would be tough to stand that sign up...
It depends on the length of the posts. Is the sign is 2 feet off the ground or 10 feet? If 2 then dig holes install tubes lift sign with posts into place and pour concrete. If 10 feet you'll need two people.
Mac users exhibit an air of superiority in their choice to use Apple products. They are elite designers and require special equipment that a mere mortal PC user wouldn't understand.
With cars there is actually a difference. A Toyota really does work better than a Yugo.
How does your new guy design stuff with the operating system? (See how stupid that sounds?)
Make him use software to design stuff the same as the rest of us... and tell him to quit being a prima donna.
This is how it should be done. Too many people that are "in charge" have no idea how what they are "in charge of" is done. I believe you should be an expert in "making things" before you are aloud to design anything that needs to be "made".
