Also if ya get a external case for it and make sure it has a on and off switch........if you buy the externals already built most will not have a on and off switch,it will remain on all the time. I use Rocketfish external case with a on and off switch.

just do a search on here for Flexi issues....and do a search for SignLab issues then make your decision.......

i have 4 gigs of mem in ..but only reads as 3.25 XP32bit and i have AVG 8.0 and have Flexi in the firewall along with the production manager and Sai License Service and SAI download and also the sentinel protection service.

Never have a issue printing...Just crashing when i go to copy something or it will say a error has accured and need to shut down,and this Run time error. Not when flexi shuts its self down...never have i been able to keep working.

what would cause this to happen,i get a run time error in flexi,happen 3 times today alone. Im sure its in my Pc and not within Flexi,any thought on this would be nice...thank you!

In Production Manager (PM) Right click on your plotter and go to default properties .

after you open default job properties at the bottom there is a button called cutter options (see Pic below) open that up and go to after job.

On my Fc 7000-130,to do a cross cut ...on the plotter its self hit menu / next /then choose cross cut.

The older profiles will work...you need to convert to legacy under the color profile when your right click on your printer in PM

got it from Sign Warehouse and they sent me to Graphtec,they handle the 3 warranty on them not SW.

it happens on everything..fonts/ vectors/ circles/ovals

Thanks for the reply's......when i got it back the first time after Graphtec replaced the mother board,what they did was upgrade the mother board to a MK2 series because they thought it was a motherboard issue,when i got it back the display didnt work and still had the cut issue,when i called...

Im running quality 2..when we change them it makes it worse. :frustrated: everything is new on this machine ..the blade holder/spring/blade/strip/motherboard...there is no slip in the head and everything is clean.
