  1. Quality and reds?

    Try using a pantone color pallete. Pick a bunch of reds and make little squares in a file and fill them with different reds. Now print them and see which one looks best. Use that as your default red.

    Seems like your on the right track. I wish more people would see things the way you do. I guess that's why your tint business is succesful.

    I put a little pen mark on the vinyl before I print. That way I know what end came out first and then feed in the plotter the same way.

    A friend of mine used to have one. They work very well. I am thinking about getting one just for banners.

  21. How much inventory?

    I have about 20 rolls of 24" vinyl in stock and about 10 rolls of digital media. I'm trying to weed my vinyl rolls down to only stock about 10 of my standard colors. I do more print than cut these days and if I do need a certain color I will either print it or order it per job and have it next day.
