    540SP Printing Problem - Black Only

    Do a manual cleaning, replace the wipers and run a couple of medium clean cycles, if the problem persists then the bad news is the black print head is toast, I just had the one on mine replaced last friday, I was getting the same conditions you are.

    Shut the whole thing down and reboot the printer, I had the same issue in the past and that was the remedy. I forget what caused it initially however.

  16. Exporting EPS to Versaworks

    every eps looks "grouchy" on screen when brought into rip/print or rip/cut software, the output will be just fine, I use Versaworks everyday and 99% of what I print are all eps
