I made one of those years back for 1 year and it grew to over 10ft tall and at least 25ft round and it was so heavy, had to use a fork lift to throw it away.

Seeing you know someone with a 5 meter printer that you can use, why not just buy the material yourself and print them yourself and save on all the hassles?

You can use a spray laminate on perf film, just don't put a heavy coat on it and keep the can away from the print about 12 inches or so.

What did you quote for the job?

My plastic scissors work the best for me, plus it's hard to get injured with them.
