I normally don't comment on issues like this but this one is over the top.
So disappointing from all sides. I can't remember seeing anything this bad before
.
Just look, that's dark burgundy text with a black drop shadow over olive green clipart - who does that?
I fear for the future of the...
Common core spelling strikes again.
(take all the letters, divide them into sticks of 10 - remove every 3rd letter -add the remaining letters together in random order - win!)

You can't cut edge to edge with your plotter.
It looks like max cut for your 60 is 23.7"
You need to panel your 5' graphic so the 3 panels fit within that limit (with the rollers set as wide as they will go and still track the material) in either Flexi or Cutting Master.
Check the help files...
That's not such a bad customer.
He could have asked you to lend him a few bucks to put some gas in the tank while dropping off his van.
So what happened? Did you leave with any money in your hand?
Might have been a good time to hop back in the van and take it back to your shop for some...
Yep weird.
The ever helpful manual says:
From that it seems it is looking for the last mark past the set origin, even though it found the first mark on the right.
Most of the time when I get the "can't find marks" type of errors I reload the material to make sure it is running...
One last thing that might help.
Your ganged sheets do not look that big but what I do on some ganged jobs that are fairly large with complex contours is:
Set the file up to print n cut with the registration marks.
Send the print file to the rip.
Print and lam then load into the cutter...
Yes I completely understand that at times no matter what you do you can't always save a customer from themselves.
I'll have to hunt up some photos of a red Corolla I did for a customer in her 70's. Good customer, started out with white rally stripes down the sides and by the time we were "done"...
Very little experience running anything other than printed white, a little silver & yellow - seemed to go ok the few times I needed to do it.
Contours were simple rectangles with rounded corners.
Maybe try running the scan level up pretty high for the silver-yellow and then bring it back down...
I also have a ce6000 and the arms sensor does seem a little error prone.
I think you have the right idea about the setup.
I leave the size sliders for marks all the way to the right in CM3 and set the distance to .8 or more away from the printed graphics.
I keep the rollers outside of the...

that graphic up on the building is completely unreadable - at least in the photo you posted.
To much detail in too small of a space.

If you run out of good ideas from the forum here you might try outsourcing to an Asian designer........
