Jill, i'm thinking the celtic aspect should be carried into the two side panels. Sticking with your layout I just incorporated a simple celtic knot elements on the left and with a mini version of the same knot, created small arrows for the left panel.

I have to disagree... i'm not even a huge fans of thick script fonts. But in this case i think it really works! It's the reason the design elements work so well with the company name. Wow, this is really nice! I love it when you look at a logo and don't have to ask yourself what something is or why it's there. This logo didn't just happen to turn out good, it's purposefully good... and i really like that.
