Just called National Parts today to order new printheads for my Mutoh Falcon JR. They no longer sell these printheads. Called Epson and found Compass Micro. They tell me Epson now requires a serial number from a 3000 printer or they can not sell the heads.

What material are you using? I print on Oracal 5600 and Nikalite all the time with no issues?

Ok just went through this. Flexi 8 is not compatable with Win 7. I just installed my Flexi as I normally would. Then started Flexi and Production Manager in compatablity mode. I chose Windows XP service pack 2. Everything is working fine for me.

The owner likes their original cause it is edgy. This is where I am having trouble being edgy but still retaining readability.
