  1. How do 3rd party inks ruin your printer?

No Warranty- I bought a lighly used printer that I don't think went through two sets of cartridges before I bought it. (although the previuos owner used Roland and gave me an extra set) You're probably right about sticking with OEM if I'm only going to be using 3-4 sets a year. If the smell of...
  2. How do 3rd party inks ruin your printer?

I've been reading this thread with great interest. I am on my second set of cartridges (OEM) that came with my Roland SP300V so the time will be soon for me to buy my first set of ink. Roland would be safer, but I would certainly look at other options. Are there any suggestions of inks that...

  8. How to explain this to a customer...

You can simply tell them that your product protected the finish. Their complaint is actually what the elements did to their vehicle in the places where your product was NOT installed. Suggest the complaint should go to Mother Nature.
  9. A Moment of Silence Please

Today is Remembrance Day here in Canada and most other Commonwealth Nations. At 11 AM today, a moment of silence will take place at ceramonies in parks, city halls, and many other locations. Drivers will pull their cars over and stop, people will stop working in offices, and radios will fall...

  12. Van Pricing, Where would you be?

I'd be around $695-$745 myself, but I have less overhead than most. 1G is certainly within reason in my opinion. It would also depend on the customer.
  13. Lowballers!! Aaarrgh!!!

My guess is that his/her overhead is lower. If they have been in business for four years they are obviuosly making a living at it.

  20. Youtube thread?

How was that a knock? However, I think it's fair to say that although the 80's produced a lot of good music, if you compare it to the 60s,70s,90, and 00s, it has the most dated sound that probably won't stand the test of time like the formentioned decades.
