The canned Onyx profile on solvent backlit film and vinyl.
We had to adjust the heat settings a bit to get ink to dry properly but we find the blacks dense and colours vibrant.
What problems are you having?
Pros: They do a better job on backlit films than solvent. They can print on waterbased and even uncoated papers. Everything is dry immediately.
Unlaminated contour cut stickers don't curl on the edge. Great web based info like exact amount of ink used per job.
Cons: Overly complicated, noisy...

In Media Manager there's a Scale Adjust settting in the Basic Print Mode Settings page.
You print a strip, measure it, then enter the actual printed length.
The adjusted scale is used on all prints from then on.
I did a signboard for a lawyer once and he insisted on a slab of text that looked like a chapter of the bible. I advised against it but he knew better.
Being a lawyer I made sure he signed off on it and I made sure it was completed and installed on time.
When it was up of course he complained...
10 or 12 pass is about all we can manage on vinyl so about the same speed as our Rolands.
We're running a billboard paper job today though and it's cranking at 6 pass.
