    the diamond plate should be reduced/eliminated and that would help a lot. but this is the NOT worse sign I have seen

    this is used often by us depending on how/where the sign is being mounted how it is mounted to the substrate also plays a factor, i.e. if it was wet stuck and the ratio was off then that will curl the edges

    In the end if you are comfortable with the pricing and the customer is willing to pay then you are golden. personal when traveling we go off of the hours away from the shop and not the miles traveled

    What type of graphics? regular laminate? sounds like two types of calendared materials and done while hot so as cooled they went back to normal. how many passes on the graphics, ink saturation could be an issue
