I really enjoy the sign business....and I've done fairly well. It hasn't made me rich, but I did pretty well for a "mom & pop" place. I suppose our good luck hasn't been luck at all, but the abilities and equipment to do things most shops can not. Yes I love the sign business......but...

I assume this was a "Next Day" shipment? Sounds like "fine print" BS on UPS's part. That sucks. Also sounds like Poor Planning on the customers part.
