  1. Don't Disrespect Me!

All within EARSHOT of a customer?? Maybe that's the disrespect he meant? If so, I may agree.
  2. 15-day jail sentence over Lockport sign

I wonder if Dennis (D&T) installed that sign? LOL
  3. Don't Disrespect Me!

I agree 100% on this new entitlement generation, although I am pretty fortunate with my kids (not too many complaints anyways). A funny story.... This happened a few years back..... I was out of town doing an install for a company. The parent company is local to me, although I've never been...
  4. Why did you do that ???

That says as much for you (and what they think of you) as it does for them. :thumb:
  5. DC-3 Plane with Earth with a can sign with Raised letters.

Charlie is a talented artist, but he also invests in the proper tools for the job. I've rarely found where GOOD and CHEAP go hand in hand. (there are exceptions) The foam is cheap. The Gatorhide sprayer he mentioned using (and accessories) start out at $32,000.00 Charlie has become a soap...
  6. Great Vacation!

    LOL....too funny Tim.
  7. Great Vacation!

Was wondering that myself :Big Laugh ...... Did you say this was your 15th cruise? Gino's loaded enough to keep up with your vacation schedule Tim.......he's just to cheap to let any of it go.
  8. DC-3 Plane with Earth with a can sign with Raised letters.

Truly amazing work. You are definitely a breath of fresh air to the forum. Out of the dozen or so portfolio pieces you've shown, I must admit there were a couple that scare me the begeezers out of me when I think of the materials used in combination with the installation.... Schroder Auto &...

sounds like something my whole family would love to do.
  10. Chased by a herd of Zebra

  11. Chased by a herd of Zebra

What a coincidence. I just read your motto for the first time, right before I read this thread. You're a hoot. Count me in. :thumb:
  12. Chased by a herd of Zebra

    I hate when that happens.
  13. Would you do it again?

I really enjoy the sign business....and I've done fairly well. It hasn't made me rich, but I did pretty well for a "mom & pop" place. I suppose our good luck hasn't been luck at all, but the abilities and equipment to do things most shops can not. Yes I love the sign business......but...
  14. DC-3 Plane with Earth with a can sign with Raised letters.

    The "Grill" sign is awesome.
  15. Architects should start out as signguys...

I wouldn't pass on that one!!!!! Rick is as good as they come (in my book). I'm giving him 1/2 the time that Circleville mentioned. 5 minutes tops. :thumb:
  16. Buy local?

Yeah!!! John, they are saving you for the jobs they actually intend to PAY for. Geez, they are doing you a "solid" and you don't see it? :ROFLMAO: hahaha... let us know how the meeting goes.
  17. Architects should start out as signguys...

  18. Oh sooooooo good..............

  19. Oh sooooooo good..............

Make some Ruben sandwiches, and top it off with my favorite.....Pineapple upside down cake......ugggggggggg. You're killing me Jill. I'm probably the only person that request Pine up/down cake for their birthday.
  20. UPS Is Unbelievable!!!

I assume this was a "Next Day" shipment? Sounds like "fine print" BS on UPS's part. That sucks. Also sounds like Poor Planning on the customers part.
