I'd ask for the shreds. She's a liar. And even if she's not she still approved everything.

If she approved everything in advance I'd say she bought the order. Some people make it a policy to complain about everything they get (from signs to a haircut) so they can get it at a discount rate or for free. They will work their way through the community of businesses and eventually cycle...

Love the background and shading. I don't like to see two scripts on the same sign. I prefer the gospel one but think it maybe didn't need the address. Either way, huge improvement. I'm doing an edge capper this week myself. Love....Jill

Even though I do give a CD to the client when I do a logo, I always get the request to email such and such to so and so. If it's something I've archived, I charge $25 and I send it to the client and so and so. If it's fairly recent, I'll just send it...up to a point. Love....Jill

A rule I know that even an idiot should know walked into my shop this morning. Guy had orange corosigns with emerald green lettering, in stretched and squished Comic Sans. Wanted me to make a patch for on them because he said they weren't readable. I quoted him for new signs. Will he buy them...
