Is it scientifically possible to not punch one's self in the gut or be picking bits and pieces off when done?

agree with jill, find a cheap vinyl plotter, thats all the equipment you need (short of a computer and some kind of design software)
a good width is 24in
thats a standard size for yard signs, buying vinyl, and applying 24in masking tape...you will have trouble applying any size larger than that...
I'd Like to know too...do you run many cleaning cycles? or do you swab alot?
Someone once said.........to many powerful cleaning cycles will damage the heads

Select Everything
Group it
Create offset Path
Use the preview to see where you want your cut line
create the blob offset path...
I know this may sound like a dumb question, but what is the best way to "contour" outline some vector art for print and cut?
We are using adobe cs4
I got the print and cut part, its the outlining that is stumping me.
It would be wonderful if I could just click the stroke up to where I want it...
Go for it we got a used demo model from the SGIA convention...(and free inks ;) )it prints beautifully and there is no noticeable quality loss with high speed mode (I'm sure gino would notice) Standard mode is very fast and is what we use everyday.

My trusty Kobalt (small olfa breakaway style) knife is wearing out...sure I could return to lowes and they would give me a new one, but it really isn't the best for signmaking...
