Design scale components in AutoCad or similar program. Laser cut pieces, glue pieces together then paint. Make frame for model and cover with clear acrylic. That is how our college has students complete the model building project.

My sub can print double sided mesh. I didn't think about sewing two banners together. If I don't use mesh I could produce that in house.

Lets start with: Are you licensed, bonded and insured for this type of work? Ditto what Marlene said plus you'll need an engineer to do a site survey and spec out the footing for the pole. Then you'll have to pull permits $$$$$. So many important details.
