Here look at these two pics. This was a new material promoted to me as having 90lb backing liner.....not. Yesterday it was a bit humid and rained a bit but I have never seen digital vinyl do this. Was a nightmare to laminate as the liner seemed to absorb far to much moisture.

always print colour charts on different materials as was said. Very easy for deciding what colour to choose in the future. I basically run everyday like that with charts in different resolutions and different materials
I get it happeneing at least once or twice a week. There is no circumstances that cause it. After the plotter has spent a few minutes looking in the wrong spot it will beep and you can manually move it right over the mark and then when you hit enter it jumps forward or up clearly away from it...
I use Flexi and yes magically the next day I have had it act as if everything was hunky dory. I know it is not user error \, and you can tell if you watch the behaviour of the cutter. It will find certain registration marks, but when it starts to act up it will always kak out on the same mark...
Every few weeks I will get an issue for cutting printed decals wherby no matter how many times I adjust the eye it refuses to see the black registration mark. It is very strange, and I do all the usual things such as making sure the lam has no silvering or even putting a vinyl cut square over...
I would think that any fabric would be trouble for vinyl die to its pourous properties. I cant even find Avery 9000 in my Avery colour charts, unless it is a digital media.
It was this video that opened my eyes. I had the BS but didnt realize you could apply using it that way. Now I use your methos all the time and things work almost 100% perfect everytime, and when it doesn't it is usually my fault or some lousy cheap backing liner lol
this music is great for listening to while working. This is the stuff my 18 year old son listens to at home in the basement while working out and I always dissed him on it.....what a fool I have been :U Rock:
well I tried it and ran 3 different reds just to see how they would look and it seemed to print in 4 pass and they all basically look the same.....chit!!! lol
