That won't convert it to vector if it isn't already. An eps can be vector or raster or a combination of both

Most pdf's can be opened in Illustrator, but they have to be vector in the pdf to also open as a vector in Illustrator. There is no magic conversion that makes a raster image within a pdf turn into a vector.

Be careful and see if you can have someone familiar with the language to proofread the results. Those translation tools sometimes don't do a very good job. Kinda like those electronics or toys that are made in China and the instructions are translated poorly http://www.engrish.com/

See if they can export as a pdf. Then you may be able to convert the pdf into a usable/cuttable file). I posted a tutorial here a while back explaining how to take that pdf into Illustrator and not worry about font issues.

Thanks for looking but those do not match. They are snowcapped, but they want a match. Maybe it is custom as previously mentioned.

Sending fonts is a no-no. A link/name would be fine. Just want to direct someone to a font match and I could not come up with a name/link

Cannot seem to find this font. I've looked up Christmas and snow fonts, but nothing seems to match. Anyone have an idea?
