    Definitely something running down from the top either when cleaning, filling or snow and dirt. When you replace the vinyl seal the edges of it. That should help a little.

    You broke even just because you had to print a job 2x? Need to look at your pricing, you are in NJ not Nebraska. Price accordingly with the expectation of a possible mishap. I have 5 Big Squeegees and I wouldn't trade them for anything! I use them every day!

    720x720 on a Versa Art 640 here. Never coated a banner yet and never had a complaint but now that I am typing this I am probably going to jinx myself and the next time the phone rings it will be a customer complaining..lol
