We use either a file or if we have allot to do, a quick pass with an electric sander works just fine.

I don't use the cloud service but i sure do love using the latest updated versions of their software. I have to many clients that send me their artwork and having the latest version of Adobe programs sure helps allot. I couldn't afford using older versions anymore.
