I usually use a paper pattern and sprayglue it down, or just use the print as a guide (masked with transfer tape) and cut with jigsaw

put tape over your reg marks, laminate with white, then physically cut out the white where it sits on the tape
needless to say, your white should have white adhesive side, not grey :thumb:
black needs to be opaque black, else it reflects white
other colors IIRC are supposed to be reflective (usually screened transparent inks on the white sheeting)
probably created in illustrator - transparencies never import properly -- if you dont need to change anything, open it in photoshop and export as an appropriate sized jpg.
if you do, you will need to rebuild the tranparency overlay in corel -- it looks like the base images import correctly...
