My central air is out in my shop, now my Roland is banding. Replaced dampers, that helped a little what should I try next? Did 2 heavy cleanings, that too seemed to help. How can I do the head wash? Help the Mosh please!!!
I would cut an oval jig in 3/4 plywood and use that as a temple to router out the blanks from 3m composite. then vinyl letters. Don't forget to punch a couple holes for mounting. I have done plenty of jobs this way.

I used to watch the original LOTR cartoon one as a kid, I now have it on DVD, tried to match what they had. Not planning to leaf it, kinda want the "old worn" look.
I hope not on stuff outdoors! Oracal 751 is what you need to use on this and everything else that is going outdoors. 651 is for banners and cheap stuff, not going to last 4-5 years outdoors, especially the red.
I had one for a plotter back 15 years ago. I had black, red, blue, and white all on a rack behind the plotter. Made it quick and easy if you needed one of those common colors.
Problem was running anything over 10 feet you had to use the normal holder on the plotter....but for short stuff it was...

I have gone from 25-30 cars a year to 2-3...glad to have that noose off my neck. There are at least 6 racers who "got one of those wrap machines" and are wrapping race car UNLAMINATED!!! LOL
I ALWAYS have an extra of each on had. First time I ever got caught without. Of course I have extra of the other three sitting here. I am over an hour from Midwest and am too busy to get out. I will have it around 9:00 tomorrow morning.
