Thanks all for the additional information.
Next step will be to sit down with the CNC guy and see what he wants.
I am going to glue/weld the joints along with the header on top and maybe close off the back so the rear split sections are supported.

I have a customer needing some custom counter top, clear display racks.
They are not very big - 24"x18"x12.
I don't have a table so I'm just going to do the design and assembly and sub out the cutting.
Question I have is with the tolerances needed when you want two panels to fit together snug...
Sounds like you have done everything right - bubbles 3 days later seems out of the ordinary for air release vinyl.
You have photos of what is going on?
Does it look like the lam is lifting up off the 180 or is the base vinyl bubbling up off the boat?
How did you lay down the vinyl - hard...

Maybe 3D printing might be better suited for small parts.
I think they are still very slow but if the volume is not to high and the parts are really small it might work.

Is there any way to pin or clamp the spring retractor then just unbolt the whole thing? When we do roll up door & lift gate repairs on trucks we have to do that to get the proper tension set.
These guys updated their logo too.
I think there is a subliminal message in there somewhere, I just can't quite put my finger on it.......
