Can somebody please explain how to set up limit for multi color. Is it again using chroma or you do it visualy. I am talking about next step in flexi after measuring ink density. After this step i am planning to print swatches from Profiler maker 5 in flexi using option Use Linearization Only...
Thank you guys for input, I got it now. Next step in flexi is ink split if you have lc and lm. I dont have idea what I should do with ink split. Do you guys leave this as is or you adjust something here. Also do you do something with interpolation. I think default is linear but also there is...
I have profile maker so I have measure tool. But I am not sure which number is chroma. Is chroma C? I know its dumb question but I am not sure how exactly to do this and what to look. There is reference and sample. So what you measure as reference?
Chroma readings
I have tried with measure tool but I am not sure which number is chroma reading. I was measuring black paches and the biggest number is 324. Is that the number I am looking for?
Ink Limit
First Step In FlexiSign color profiler is ink limit. How do you guys choose which procentage is the best? My swatches looks ok at 100%, but they also look good at 70 just slightly lighter. I am not sure about this step how to pick right procentage. What is usually procentage on your...

My question was if somebody in technical terms can explain is there any risk and why. Jhilldesigns I thought this is cool for people here at forum to know, so they will save some money on ink. The way you reply it sounds like Mimaki dealer who wants to sell their own ink or ignorant shop owner...
No I dont filter it. It will be filtered through the dumper. For 5 months I dont have problem at all. You said I am risking print head. Can you please explain why?
My JV3 uses a lot of ink in regular cleaning. I have turned off everything except 24hr cleaning and still waste about half a liter of ink per month. So I ran tubes from each chanel from pump to individual bottle. My ink configuration is double CMYK. So when bottle is full I put it back in bulk...
