I am only person in my shop and all the jobs I am doing by myself. I don't have huge orders that I need to schedule for monts ahead. But I felt significant slow down in orders in last 2 months. Is it me or you guys felt the same?

I had amazing year till July 1, than everything slowed down. I am doing mostly Semi-Truck lettering and small jobs for surounding business. Like window display etc...Did you guys felt business slowing down or its just me?

I would open that image in photosop or other program and save it as tiff or pdf and than open in flexi and see if that would fix the problem.

It seems you have leak in line so it doesnt contain preasure in lines. It is small air leak so it takes 24 hours to pull ink back, so thats why you dont have ink in head in the morning. I would change damper, o-rings on both end of dampers and see whats happens next morning. If same problem...

Fuses are located on the board that is connected to mother board. There should be 3 fuses. One fuse for set of 2 heads. Check with O meter while they are on board. You don't have to take them out to check them. They are white and size of 1/8 x 1/16. There should be imprint F1 F2 F3 on the board...

Flexi 10 has multi ink limit. Basically it prints c and m together, c and y, m and y etc. Than you have to find limit for those like in first step. I am just wondering what is the best way to do limit on multi ink. Is it with croma or visually?
