I think there is issue with air leak in your case. I would switch tubes together with dampers from one head to another and see what happens. If the problem persists than mabe gasket on print head has leak. If the problem goes to next head than maybe there is leak between head and damper or...

I guess tubing is the problem. I am using white tubing because others are hard on pump. My printer cleans it self every 24 hours but still tubes get clogged often

With old style pump, i had to take it apart at least once a month to clean dried ink in tubes. I hope with new pump its not gonna be like that
