Thank you fuys for replies. I have just ordered new cap top and dampers. I hope that will solve the issue. I am just puzzled why the ink wants to go back to cartridge. I had cyan printing great. Perfect nozzle pattern. Than 3 hours later i tried nozzle check again and cyan was disappearing...

I was able to find this 3 way solenoid valve under the carriage board. There are 2 yellow ink lines going in. Anybody knows how this valve operates? I dont understand why it would permit the rest of the ink lines going into the head when only yellow lines going into the valve.

I can see in service manual there is 3 way solenoid valve. Does anybody know how this valve operates. Its not clear in service manual

I have checked CR board and you are right, there is another fuse there. I have checked fuse and its good. Also ink lines looks good too. I am thinking it must be some kind of thermistor that prevents head from running when cold. Ill try to warm up garage and see if it will work

Does anybody have previous version of Mutoh Service Assistant. New version requires technician login. I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance

I have checked 3 fuses on main board. I am not sure if there is more. They are not soldered to the board, so I can replace them easy. But I have checked them and they are good. I guess I need to warm up garage and than try

There is no error messages. It shows ready to print on screen. Everything is fine except there is no test print. Nothing. I have checked 3 fuses on main board and they are all good.

I have tested 3 fuses i could find and all of them are ok. Is is posiblle that maybe printhead doesnt print below certain tempetature? Its around freezing temperature in Chicago, and printer is still in my not heated garage
