I already cleaned encoder. Problem is that heads are very high, and sometime because of electro static on media, there is overspray. Lowering the head will definitely help a lot. I dont know is it posiblle

control panel is dead. no reaponze at all. there is 5v coming to control panel. also all other voltages are present, but printer wont power on. all the fuses are ok

Fixed!!! Ok I got good news. Its working. I have submerge head again in alcohol. Let it sit there for 5 minutes, than I let it dry overnight. Also I took cables out and clean them, because it was some ink on the ends. I put new transistor and fuse. After I turn on the printer today after...
