I have the same problem with my falcon 62. No idea why, I have reset the home position and all that but still the same thing happens. Im interested to see if anyone has a solution to this.

If you search it here http://www.pantone.com/pages/pantone/colorfinder.aspx There are no results so I would guess that the customer is wrong. Is it a red? Maybe its Pantone 182?

A) Dont use transfer tape. It's not needed. B) I agree with the Arlon. I tried using the Oracal on some stuff and always got edge curl. C) Does it have to be removable? Use a regular vinyl if it does not need to be removed.
