ok so update here. I tried all the suggestions and im still printing like garbage. I am also now noticing that I am getting an overspray, like when you have some fuzz on the head and it drags but I cleaned the heads and there is no fuzz. Anyone have any other suggestions?? I also have another...

So I have replaced the print head, and damper, pulled ink through, made sure the damper is full, etc. I have run several heavy cleanings, tried soaking the heads. This is what my test print comes out like and I dont know if you will be able to see it but I also attached a pic of a solid red box...

I have to agree with going with Dewalt. Super quality and you will never have the need to buy another one. I would also say take a look at the 12" instead of the 10". Kind of like buying a printer, go with the bigger one if you can afford it.

I just purchase a cleaning cartridge, bust it open, cut the bag and drain it into a glass jar. Be careful what you put it into this stuff will eat through lots of plastics.

Or place a clean lint free rag soaked with cleaning fluid on top of the capping station and park the heads over it for about a half hour.
