    if the us cutter will work off of a usb connection ,no need to fix it ,....run the roland off of a com port,....otherwise you can run both off of one serial(com) port with the aid of a $20 A/B switch add the cost of a null modem cable,....no way I would try to run both machines at the same time...

    most of the soft side trailers here are lettered with a vinyl ink and it can be removed with lacquer thinner,...but it would seem to be cheaper to just replace the soft side vinyl cover than it would be to remove the lettering

    as for the size crawling on the glass,it tells me the glass isn't clean enough,...you'll need to clean the glass at least twice with bon ami or Ron and Kristie's gilders soap(same thing),...I usually wet a very clean rag or some surgical cotton and scrub up a wet paste from the bon ami cake then...
