I've used "donut spare tires" with a 2" pipe welded in the middle. Just heavy enough and easy to move.

My GX 24 is 10 years old. Runs every day. Replaced the cut strip annually, clean cut blades when needed and replaced the drive rollers last year. Workhorse.

Weld a 2" x 36" channel to a used 15" rim.

Check the cutting strip, then the blade, then the force. If you are not giving you a consistent good cut the only thing left is the blade holder. The holder must also be cleaned and oiled. Sounds like the blade is not turning freely in the blade holder.

Remember, when a customer applies your vinyl and screws it up, they always tell everybody "you did the vinyl" and forget to tell them they screwed up the application.

You need to determine what kind of paint he used. There are many paints that contain chemicals that prevent vinyl from sticking.

Check the optimum "focal" distance on the bulbs to determine how many you need to do that depth.

I get twice the cut time from CleanCut blades. Wouldn't use any other.

I use a $50 wallpaper steamer. Quick, inexpensive and safe.
