I use oil-based paint as a background. I usually use Ronan bulletin enamel. Let it dry at least a day, the vinyl sticks like sh!t to a blanket. On latex paint, not so much. Love....Jill

I fricking hate painting with a paint mask. If you peel too soon it makes a mess. If you wait too long the edges chip. I am sooo glad I can do it by hand, it's lots faster for me. What I do do when I use a mask is lay it down, trace with a pencil, then peel off and handletter. Not really an...
