  1. Cart for roll media

Well, broom handles must be REAL LONG in Canada, cause here in the US the average broom handle is only 42" long.....soooo you would NOT be able to make a media roll cart (like I suggested) for 54" wide media as the OP wanted!!:banghead: I'll stick to the 10' PVC pipe for $4 that can be cut to...
  2. Cart for roll media

Ok, along with the splinters, you will save the $4, so you can make yours for $26.......:banghead: The 2" dia. PVC pipe will look better (more professional), be more ridged, and you can use standard pipe fittings on the end like the PVC cap (below), to slip on the ends of the pipe to secure...
  3. Cart for roll media

Ok, I priced it out for less than $30 in materials and maybe an hour of your time, see drawing below. Two 2x4 8' long $7 One 2" PVC PIPE 10' long $4 Four 3" casters with brakes $15 3' Screws http://www.harborfreight.com/3-inch-swivel-caster-with-lock-95356.html#.Ux-XJvldVvA
  4. Cart for roll media

Yep, before I forked over $220 for those Gerber do-dads, I would make something like shown below. Besides, the OP said he wanted it to roll around, so that he could move it from printer to table, you could actually modify the one below with longer side frames and add 4 cheap casters from Harbor...
  5. Cart for roll media

Really, those cost over $100 each ($200 plus shipping) and DON'T roll around like you wanted. Besides they are light weight and made to hold 15" Gerber edge material! You could make something like that out of 2x4's and a piece of PVC pipe for $20 and 15miinutes.....:banghead: :thumb:
  6. Cart for roll media

I don't know of anything like that in our industry, however you could use a MOBILE SHRINK FILM DISPENSER...

  9. Shop vehicle.

Plain and simple you're getting screwed! POV are NOT meant to be company vehicles, no way no how! Like mentioned above, what if you are involved in a major auto accident, then what will your insurance company do when they find out you were on company business for you boss, will they still...
  10. 20 typeface treatments

Nice idea, however I don't like the dark BLUE background (to dark), not enough separation between the text and background, and the blue clashes with some of the type face colors. I duplicated you chart adding a neutral gray background and find it much easier to read and the separation around...

  14. Heavy Machinery/Equipment Decal Template Sets.

Question: Have you read the helpful tips on this thread above? You can download the Caterpillar 315 parts manual in PDF, and all the vector graphics can be harvested using Adobe Illustrator or Corel. If you can't or don't want to do that, than you can purchase the AI or EPS vector drawings...
  15. Mutoh Cooling fan needed!

The label on your fan is listing a 5v DC fan motor rated at .21A, and the replacement fan I suggested is rated at .215A, instead of 1.0 W like yours, it is rated just slightly higher at 1.08 W. Not a big deal as most fan motors have a variable rating anyway. You can get the exact matching fan...

  17. Mutoh Cooling fan needed!

Can't find the exact match for your fan, however per the Model 1606KL-01W-B40 data sheet below, you could get by with a different make fan with the specifications being the same: https://www.mpja.com/download/1606kl.pdf And in that case I feel confident this fan on ebay would work just fine...
