I got schooled on this very subject here not long ago. from what I was told you can buy pre-slit tubing for making curves. Folks bend them to shape the tack weld the cuts. (wouldn't be my choice)
I see you're in Wisconsin. If you're not too far from Green Bay there's a tube shop in the old...
We had something very similar from 3M many years ago. It did basically the same thing except it was free.
I wonder if its still floating around on an old drive...
Custom colors, just for Justin Pate...huh. Seems those are the same "exclusive" colors they developed for the owner of Giovanna wheels too. Imagine that...
Check your latest issue of Sign And Digital Graphics page 16.
In my neck of the woods we figure anything rigidly mounted at 30 pounds per square foot wind loading. 4' x8' comes to 960 pounds working on the structure.
It's been my experience that potential clients are more concerned with price than your reputation, portfolio, education, certifications etc...
As I've said before I'm no longer try to be the design police. Less headaches and better money. Besides, I've gotten quite used to eating three times...

Maybe sub it out to your local window tint professional. We do. He knows the heat gain calcs and has the right materials to do a stellar job. Plus they know all the tricks for install on IG panels.
I've used Aurora Graphics and they print beautifully.
Layer wise there isn't much to the boat graphic. All depends on what the client is willing to spend. Last custom piece I built in Ai/PS took 16 hours.(13 layers)
Look closely at the registration marks. Are they crisp or fuzzy? If they are not absolutely perfect it can cause issues. Also check the position of the marks. Mine would print them in slightly different locations, believe it or not. Some as much as 6mm from where they should be.
We run an...
What about something like this? http://www.royalsovereign.com/roll-laminators-laminating-film-electric-trimmers/electric-trimmers.html

In the past I've used J-Channel for mirrors. Cheap as chips, fits coro really well, and comes in different finishes. Miter the corners and TEK screw to the body. Make sure to remove the screws, add a dab of sealant then reinstall.
No need. I'll take it. Never thought about the collecting angle. Wonder if there's a prize?:Big Laugh
Figured I probably hacked off a bunch of folks with my previous rant and they finally had time to hit dislike.:Big Laugh
Well looks like lunch is over, back at it.
