    Sewing machine setup

    All's you need is the small 2'x4' table it came with, no need to make a bigger one for sewing banners. You just have to get use to sewing em up. My first time at sewing I almost stiched my fingers together.

    MDO also comes already painted, and it's easier to lay a full printed sheet down on a painted surface then a primed surface.

    To avoid this problem your having now, print something with your printer everyday, even if it's just a few boxes and then clean as stated above. 15 minutes a day of cleaning will save you thousands of dollars on new heads.

    Can't you get it from the company that sold you the printer? You do know that machine is a water based pigment printer and not a solven machine.

    It almost looks like it has something to do with your pinch rollers, I don't know why Roland only uses 3 or 4 of them.

  21. Questions about the FJ 52

    You need coated vinyl in order to print with the FJ- 52. Most of the coated vinyl for water base pigment inks has a dull finish.
