Bob, nothing speeds up latex paint like the Sun. I use a fan to keep the air moving if it's indoors. I found Ben Moore Aura to take the longest to cure of any paint I have tried. It seemed to stay tacky for ever. A real pain when you are gilding something. The gold stuck to it like it was sized...

Funny... I find the exact opposite to be true. I wouldn't paint one of my hand carved signs with an oil based paint. Not even if you offered the paint for free.

What is "auto" about the product? It's an odd name and with no explanation it seems a waste. Is it automatic in some way or does it relate to it being delivered in autos?

We don't know the market you are after but that would work with a thick white outline around it so It could be cut out. Are you trying to appeal to Harley riders or the crotch rocket crowd or?

I took it to the repair shop. I also ordered a newer version of Flexi and a usb adapter for my plotter. The only reason I still have XP is to run my plotter. I'll probably ditch XP once the plotter works from Windows 7.

Hmmmm. Not counting the printing time (time perhaps spent drinking tea or taking a nap) this was done in two hours. I'd like to see someone paint this in two hours. You can use two people if you like. Ready, set... GO!

The very first thing that popped into my head when someone mentioned vacuum tables was air hockey tables and a shop vac! It would be nice to see a picture of your setup.
