  6. Using big squeegee on corroplast, perfect but bubbles form minutes later

Who in their right mind would waste that expensive material on a coro sign? Apply a little slower, I don't seem to have any problems, I apply 651 to coro for cut stuff and ora 3164 for printed.
  7. Countour cutting with registration box

I use Corel and just draw a line around the bitmap I want to cut. Then assign the line as cut-contour. Or do you mean to put cut marks for cutting after laminating? In that case I just hit the cut mark button in my RIP.

  11. What kind of material would work best here???

Same thing I said moze, but I use composite and use VHB so I don't have to re-paint. I think the OP is just a sticker guy in over his head....

  14. What kind of material would work best here???

Does not sound like you'd be able to handle something like this....you might hire a sign shop to make it for you...takes more than a sticker cutter to be a sign shop...LOL Seriously, you have spent more time thinking about this than it should to make it. 1 sheet of composite, 1/4th sheet of...
  15. What kind of material would work best here???

Have you priced HDU? Doing it with composite and .040 will cost 1/4th of what you are going to have in HDU....and I guarantee will last longer....one good hail storm and HDU is toast. Been there done that.
  16. What kind of material would work best here???

Cut to shape like that I would use a 10' sheet of aluminum composite and the put 2" .040 aluminum returns on it. Simple job, just like fabricating a 10' long chan letter.
  17. Anyone know of a good masking vinyl that uses transfer tape?

I use medium tack transfer-rite tape on some pretty detailed stencils....TIP:AFTER you apply the graphic/stencil, and BEFORE you pull the tape off spray the tape with rapid-tac and rub the tape, it will loosen the tape's hold on the vinyl, then slowly peel it back on itself.
  18. What kind of material would work best here???

That will wrap in and look like crap in 6 months. You are WAY over thinking this simple job. Fabricate an aluminum pan box sign and mount your print to that. All this "foam" talk is making me sick to my stomach that a "professional" sign maker would even consider that for outdoor use. Unless to...
