    How thick is the PVC? If it is the 3mil I apply the film and trim the print and plastic all together. 2-3 passes with an exato does the trick.

    First off quit smoking! Second, I cut the print 1/4" larger, apply, trim. I use a fine file to trim the print to size.

    Guess I don't understand why they have to be cut all the way through... I have been printing decals since 1988 and not one person has ever cared that the backing paper wasn't cut to shape like the decal.

    I give out the magnet care sheet with every order. The worst one I had was the magnetic was blamed for messing up a clear coat on a new (in 1999) ford f-250.... weeks later it was noticed the rest of the clear was failing...so wasn't the magnet after all.

    I just hold my drill up and let the air from the exhaust on the side blow them out. If I have too much dust I blow it off with air (I have a gas powered compressor on my truck) only do that one in ten times though...

    I have a tool holder, knife, couple squeegies, grease pencil, scissors I carry this all day on my belt. all other knifes and stuff are in shelves put away. I don't let customers back in the work area, but I have kids, that is my reasons.
