If the material ends where it started, then the cutter is tracking correctly. If the tracking was off, it would not end in the same place it started.
while I can agree with that i do NOT think it would happen on every roll of vinyl
i ALWAYS show me first I never just cut and it will take about 5-7 times of trying to show me before i cut it and it makes it. as far as the "tractor holes" dear God I wish they woudl do away with those and quit kissing Gerbers a**! lol
I keep my grits clean no doubt my machines are immaculate...
media is square, using oracal 651 and 751 i cut medium not fast aint no sense in wide open. blade pressure is good enough to cut i dont run blade down as hard as I can. its defintiely pulling to left of the machine i guess i need to see how to control the friction wheels on it

I have no...

I would do NOTHING and make them do it OR charge them enormous amounts to redo it.
The smaple oyu are showing looks to be mnothing more than a radiused rectangle with type and circle I could recreate that less than 5 minutes, do the other signs look like this? if they do you will have no...
Krystals logo is now done this way and it looks great at night and in the daytime. I dont see a problem with it. I would start out with a white face though and then cover all according colors with black and the logo
I always use a house brush to brush on the first coat and sorta get the edges of the vinyl sealed down and them go with roller. you will never get crisp libnes when you used masking but usually its doable from a short distance

http://www.signwizard.co.uk/used-vinyl-cutters
